i have an ea play membership and it includes fc 26 but for some reason any time i go on it and press download or add to library it says u dont own this game. i tried downloading other games with ea play and they were fine. can anyone pls help?

Please try signing out of the EA app and signing back in first. You can also try clearing the EA app cache to see if that refreshes your access.
