Great games guarantee refund
Hello, I would please like a refund for The Sims 4 Love struck add-on. It's not been 24 hours and it doesn't seem to appear on my orders as refundable - but I just assumed it was part of the great games guarantee, I didn't realise some games are not ?? Does that mean you can't guarantee that all games are great?? Sounds dodgy...
I also can't find a customer service chat button anywhere. I have just messaged on Instagram but I thought I would post this for documentation purposes - also if anyone knows how to get a refund pls help because I am broke x

in order to request a refund, please read this article - unfortunately, DLCs, which the Love Struck add-on is, are not eligible for refunds.
