how can I get a refund on ts4
I want a refund on a game pack that doesn't even work
Hi there @abeltesfayesgf
If you're looking to get a pack refunded, you'll want to reach out to the live support team as we aren't able to process a refund here on the forums.
You can contact live support so they can check your refund eligibility by submitting a help request here: https://go.ea.com/HowToEAHelp
