Hey @Alt_bom,
I'm afraid this is not a feature currently in the EA app, sorry.
Currently you would just need to purchase any games directly rather than adding them to a cart before checking out, but I'll be sure to pass along the feedback, thanks!
This is EA we're talking about, they always go to the next big thing without even getting the basics down from the previous platform, it's a joke. "Just purchase them individually." Do these people even play games? Or even look at their own platform? There is no reason for the EA app to be out of beta, especially with these embarrassing bug fixes they're having to make.
This has been a requested feature on the EA apps predecessor, origin, for 6 years now. Is this even a planned feature?
At this point I think everyone is just giving us the generic copy/paste response and have no plans to implement one ever. 🤷🏼♀️ They don't need my money; I'm not about to go through and make multiple individual purchases and then have a laundry list on my bank account statement for purchasing items from the same place in one sitting.
Is this EVER going to be a feature? It is quite inconvenient having to make multiple transactions, especially when all you are trying to do is purchase more than one add-on at a time.
Still nothing.... Took me ages to figure out there simply wasn't one...How disappointing.
How is this listed as solved when EA still hasn't added the option? You have games that have multiple packs that people buy, yet you remove the option to make it easier. Guess I am just not going to get the packs.
Why is this still an issue? You guys have stopped accepting my payments because I make too many purchases I guess?! Of course I am! I usually don’t spend money on the sims til something I really want comes out and then I’ll buy stuff I kinda want. I used a different card once I migrated to EA app and after a few purchases the same thing happened! It’s like you hate your customers or don’t want them to spend money on your products or something.
This is how banks shut people's cards off thinking its fraud. This needs to be fixed. As a company you'd figure you'd care about people actually buying your games.
Yes you can! You need to find them in the browse section and it comes up with a little button that says "add to cart" in the bottom right hand corner. That is the only way I have found so far.
