How do I play the Sims 4 offline with the EA app?

I have recently installed the EA app, as was recommended. Before with the Origin app I could choose the play offline, but now that is not possible anymore. My internet is currently down. I cannot o...

This was a major issue during the recent EA app server issues. I couldn’t load a game I own, that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on, that is installed on my computer and for which I don’t use online features, because there was an issue on EA’s end. Appalling. At this rate, Horse Ranch will be the last DLC I spend money on.
