How do I play the Sims 4 offline with the EA app?

I have recently installed the EA app, as was recommended. Before with the Origin app I could choose the play offline, but now that is not possible anymore. My internet is currently down. I cannot o...

I also am experiencing this issue and ALWAYS have. If my internet is down there is no way to acess the EA App to go offline. It will try to load, then I get a message that says 'Temporarily lost connection- you're currently offline. Check your internet connection while we try to reconnect you (this may take a moment)'...

Please fix this.
