How do I play the Sims 4 offline with the EA app?

Hello my reply is super late being that im in this predicament my internet is off until tomorrow. But I noticed I couldnt even load the ea app. My internet is off so I went ahead and turned off the wifi option on my pc since it isnt working and tried to launch the game now without it searching for connection and the sims popped up on the ea app with a play button and now I am playing the game without internet. Just turn off the internet option on your pc so its not searching for a connection.
