HOW TO deleted my account?

Because I have an old account, but I using a new account, I want to delete a new account.

How to "deleted my account." ?

i have a old account that i can't remember the password to access it and to delete the whole old account, so that way i can start to use my new account cause currently I'm playing ncaa football 25 and want to able to import my players over to madden but won't let me cause obv due to the old account . i would like help trying figure this out
