@NikeI23IJordan The forums are not equipped to deal with bans/suspensions since it is the job of Terms of Service team to deal with this issue.
I feel your pain as well, but in a different way. My EA account was ban on June 7/ 23 for allegedly violating the user agreement or terms of sale even thou I was logged out of my account since May 20/ 23. I appealed multiple times and got generic responses from ToS in return. I'm still banned till this day and I still don't know exactly why they banned me in the first place.
