I cannot cancel my EA Play PRO subscription

I followed the path below in order to cancel my subscription; EA APP > Settings > My account > EA Play PRO > Manage As I click manage button it seems to open some page for a second but then throws ...

    @Jungle0529 Oh wow! So not only is EA stealing our money by removing access to the games we paid for, but now they are actively charging people for the privilege!?

    I would contact your bank / credit card company and dispute the charge. That way EA will have to play for the dispute investigation.

    And remember this next time you think about giving EA your money.

      I really don't recommend disputing the charge for your EA purchases, as doing so can get your account banned:

      • We automatically lock any account where a chargeback is requested to prevent fraud. If your account is locked due to suspected fraud, we’ll send you an email with more information, including how to contact us if you think your account has been locked by mistake.

      Instead, @Jungle0529, are you reaching out via email? It might be worth reaching out via a chat instead, if you can. That typically gets players' issues resolves pretty quickly. When you go to our help site, once you've chosen your product and platform, try selecting "Orders" -> "Check order status". That gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently.
