I cant buy FC 25

I have game pass and i have fc24 plus fifa23. I think because of that i am recieving a discount. ''Loyalty edition''. Because of that i wanted to buy the fc25 but when i try to buy the game it says ''Didnt work. Try again. If the problem pesists, try another payment method or try again later'' and i tried another card plus i tried more than several times. Please help me guys i just wanna play fc25
