Is there a way to transfer games to new account?

I made a new account, because the email I used with my original account is one that I don't have access to anymore. Is there a way to transfer the games from my old account to my new account? 

Or is there a way to contact EA and get the old email changed? So far I've not had any luck finding an actual way of contacting them to do so.
