Issue with EA Support

I have issues with EA support.

I am an owner of a steam account. The account got hacked in the past and when it was hacked the hacker created an EA account with steam and linked the steam to it... Because of that i cant currently play any EA games due to itself needing verification. EA Support is so broken they just dont understand that i dont have access to the account, i cannot verify myself or anything. I just NEEED my steam to be unlinked from the EA account. I dont need the account i dont care about it.. They just wont let me do it. they want to verify me with some kind of console which i dont have and things around that.

Please if any EA Staff, or anyone knows how to do this please let me know...
