Just bought game 3-28-26 need refund

I bought Battlefield 6 Special Edition. I see it billed to my bank account, but I have no access to get to the game. I need a refund.  Please help, the email says it was sent to me, but I have no access to it.  Please refund so I can get it for an email I do have access to.
