Linked account

My son linked his pcgamepass to ea. He already has some sports games through steam. The link created a new ea account instead of linking to his old one and now i cant change the account because it sends all confirmation emails to an anonymous ea email address which i have no access to.his new user id is [REMOVED]. His original user name is [REMOVED]. Can the new user account be unlinked and deleted?
