LINKED EA ACCOUNT ONLY ALLOWS 1 LIFETIME LINKING - NO FIX?
I had my Xbox account hacked about 6 months ago and I was out of the country not paying attention so the hacker got past the 30 day window and now has full control of my old Xbox account. This old Xbox account was linked to my EA account (this one from where I'm posting this). I have since tried talking with Microsoft support and they locked the old account (so neither the hacker nor I can access it). I've now created a new Xbox (or Microsoft) account and came to the EA app to change the email I use to sign in with to my NEW Microsoft email.
Now, I go to unlink my old xbox account from my EA account to then link the new xbox account. BUT GUESS WHAT!? EA only allows one xbox account to be linked to an email, and since I changed my email to my EA account BEFORE unlinking the old , hacked Microsoft account from EA... I CAN'T link my new xbox account because EA only allows 1 linkage per email for its lifetime. THEN TO ADD TO MY PAIN, they have no online support team and only have this stupid forum.
My wife and I can no longer play our favorite EA games together like battlefront or It takes 2.
Please just let me link my new account...
