Locked out of my Main account

I have been trying to change my password on my main account for a week now since I cannot sign in with my old one. The big issue is that I do not get a password reset email or verification code sent to the corresponding email. I had managed to sign in on Browser and sent a support ticket, where they sent me an email stating they had changed my password and I could make a new one using the link, but I still do not get the verification email and now I was logged out of the browser so I cannot access the support ticket anymore.

I really need someone from EA to help me resolve my issue. I do not want to have to buy the games I already own and start from 0 again.

    Unfortunately, we're unable to assist with account-related issues here at the EA Forums. You will need to contact EA Help Support once again for assistance with that. If you're unable to login with your account in the EA Help website, you can use a different account to contact them and let them know the details of the account that you're trying to recover.
