Medal of Honor - incorrect version

I have just this second installed Medal of Honor using EA desktop.  When you launch the game, it then loads up "Medal of Honor - Updater" and says  "Your version if 75, The latest version is 76 Why...

    You need to ensure that you are running the game and the EA app as administrator @Emexrulsier.

@EA_Darko i am admin of my pc, this is the only account i have ...
still the app does not work ...

    I am having the same problem...how do you change to version 76?
