Money charged, get nothing

Hey, I bought a game Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville Deluxe Edition inside the EA app, money charged but get nothing, and get status "Your payment failed. Make sure your payment method isn't expired and your info is entered correctly.". I've tried do the same on the site and it worked. But I didn't receive money back for failed transaction. How can I get my money back?
