Moving from Mac to PC

To decrease my anxiety, I have to ask: I'm about to buy expansion packs on the EA app on my Mac and want to confirm that I would still be able to use them if/when I buy a PC next year. Since I'm switching platforms for playing, I just want to be safe and prevent myself from having to spend so much money in the future. Thank you!
