My account got hacked and I got banned for toxicity

Dear EA Support,

I recently discovered that my account has been banned for violating community guidelines. I would like to appeal this decision because I haven’t played EA FC 25 for the past four months, so I had no opportunity to break any rules.

I am a university student, and due to my academic responsibilities, I haven’t had time to play in recent months. I strongly suspect that my account was hacked and misused by someone else, which led to this ban. I kindly ask you to review my case and consider lifting the ban.
