Dear EA I have Been Screwed over because I cannot change My Email Address because it's not mines, it belongs to Someone Who is no longer with us And I want to change That Email address, to that of My Own. Please Respond or I have no choice but to Stop sending you Money.

Wasaupman, good luck trying to get any where with EA help. I’m having the same problem except my email has changed and can’t change my email on my account to update it unless I can give them EXACTLY the correct information that I created the account 12 years ago.
1st question: What is your ip address tied to your account?
Me: Like I can answer that correctly 12 years later!

Best thing to do is to speak with our live support in relation to this.

@EA_Darko Brother, I’ve tried numerous times and can’t get anywhere. My account was made 12 years ago and can’t possibly provide certain information that I had 12 years ago, my IP address for one.There has to be some other way to verify it’s me.
I’m at my wits end and it looks like the only way other people have been able to get help is to file a complaint with the BBB.
