My Fifa 23 app is gone.

I downloaded FIFA 23 on 2 separate accounts on PC, and when I wanted to play on the second account, my FIFA is not showing In my collection and I can't play on both accounts. So I paid for FIFA ultimate edition on 2 charges and now I can't play either of them. Someone plz help.
