My Money Has Not Been Refunded To Me For 2 Months
I made a purchase of 137 TL 2 months ago and asked for a refund because I was not satisfied and needed the money, but my money still has not arrived in my account.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process back into your account- if you're not seeing your refund back into your account and it's been longer than 10 business days, we'll need the live support team to look into this further and see what's happened.
