Network failed to do its network thing

Anyone else can't login on on the app? Keep getting a window that says

Login did not go as planned

We couldn't log you in because the network failed to do its network thing. Try again in a few minutes

Which was cute the first time but an hour later not so much. This includes a total restart of my side and still no luck

    I am having the same issue.

    Tried rebooting the computer

    Reinstalling the App

    Clearing the app cache

    No luck

    Hi all,

    Had this issue just now and was able to fix it by doing the following:

    1. Open the Start menu.
    2. Find the EA app updater and click on it.
    3. You get a black window, saying the app needs an update of some sorts.
    4. Just press the enter button and wait while it updates
    5. After the update the app will open itself

    Worked like a charm for me, hope this helps for some of you!

    ea in general is bs, they ruined all games with their lazy devs who likes giving excuses for literally everything
