Newsletter emails are in the wrong language

Probably due to me living in a country with several official languages - Belgium, we have three official languages - I receive my emails in the wrong one. 

My first language is French, my EA account is in English - same for my game - but I still receive my emails in Dutch. There is no way for me to fix that on the "email preferences" page.
