not recieving apex coins in my game which i redeemed

I redeemed some apex coins it showed up on my order history as redeemed and that the order was fulfilled however no such coins  ever made it into my game account 

purchase issue

    Hey rainbro444​,

    Just to check, did you redeem the code via the EA app? If so, have you also tried launching the game via the EA app?
