Old email discontinued
Old Email no longer exists
Have been trying to log in to redownload my old games but my orignal email has since been discontinued and any verification responses keep getting bounced back to said email. I contacted support to use my current email for that account but all I'm getting is automated responses with instructions (which I've carried out several times) and I'm no closer to changing my email than I was before I started. All my BF games plus a number of others are locked behind origin and I can't access them. Can't anybody point me in the right direction and please EA no more automated responses please

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting through to live support, but we're not able to help with account issues here on the forums. If possible, try going back and choosing a different problem category until you see the option to start a call or a chat, as that's the fastest way to get help from our support teams:

If that still doesn't work, then you can always try reaching out to our social team via one of the following links. They should be able to help you get the email address on your EA account changed:- Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance
- Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page.
Just note that before they can make any account changes they'll need to verify you as the account owner, and to do that they'll need to ask you some questions about your EA account, so try to keep some account information on hand for them.
