So, I'm part of a certain class action lawsuit. I need to access my order history to provide proof of purchases. But when I go to look up my order history, I can see my orders from the last year, but nothing beyond that.
The "customer support" chat has so far only succeeded in asking me what game I'm playing and linking me to the same order history page that isn't working.
I just find that very convenient.
For added context, I've bought nearly every Sims 4 and Sims 3 title, as well as others. The order history should be a mile long, going back more than 10 years. And I've tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox. I kept getting a whitelabel error on Firefox and couldn't even get to the order history page.

Your EA Account Order History should show information for purchases made directly through EA, including the order date, number, description, status, and price. EA's current documentation does not state that the Order History is limited to purchases from the last year. (EA Help: Official support)
Purchases made through another platform or retailer, such as PlayStation, Xbox, or another storefront, won't necessarily appear there and would need to be checked through that platform's purchase history.
Since you've already tested multiple browsers and older EA purchases are still missing, this doesn't look like something further browser troubleshooting is likely to resolve. EA Help would need to assist with the account and purchase history itself. When contacting them, I'd specifically explain that older EA purchases are missing from the EA Account Order History, rather than reporting it as a game issue.
I also wouldn't want to tell you that the missing purchases no longer exist simply because they aren't currently being displayed on that page.
