EA, WHAT THE **bleep**?!
I have bought all of these games, and now you tell me they're no longer in my library or playable?!
I GAVE you my hard earned money and you strip away what I have bought with it!
This is theft and I demand a refund for these games!

I have the EXACT same critical issue! After recovering my old account, my entire library of 50+ purchased games completely disappeared from the EA App, showing the same "Removed games" window. I have already waited for over 120 hours. I have full transaction history and receipts on my screen (like FIFA 16, Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville, Battlefield V and much more), but a chat advisor maliciously set my ticket to "No Fix Available" when I asked for a status update. EA_Aljo please look into this, the EA App server sync is completely broken
I'm not talking about the games I played through EA Play. Obviously those won't be available anymore if my membership ends.
I'm talking about the games that I have BOUGHT!
Community ManagerThank you. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with this over the forums since we can't assist with account issues. I would need to refer you back to support. Could you try creating a new case? They should be able to check the entitlements for the games you've purchased and help out with this.
I don't think it's an EA App issue.
It's deliberate. We've seen it happen before with Ubisoft.
They don't want to keep these games on their servers so they just delete them and tell their customers "**bleep** you, the game you bought aint available anymore, sucks to suck!" >_>
