Bonjour à tous, J'ai un problème depuis maintenant au moins 2 mois, oui oui, 2 mois ... J'ai fait 3 dossier à EA mais ils me mettent toujours en attente, et ferme mes tickets sans que le problème ...

Hello everyone,
I've had a problem for at least 2 months now, yes, 2 months ... I made 3 files to EA but they always put me on hold, and close my tickets without resolving the problem. So you are my last hope. Let me explain my problem:
My account had been hacked and this person had linked his Steam account to my EA account. This person had been banned from Apex Legends. So I couldn't unlink his Steam account.
I made a first ticket where they unbanned my EA account.
So I tried to unban his Steam account, and the system wrote to me that it had marked him as unbanned. As you can see from the first image provided

A Steam confirmation window appears, in which you agree to EA accessing some of your data. I click on authorize :

And then an EA window appears telling me I can't link the account because the fraudulent account is still registered as a link to my EA account.
