@erwhuofwehw I am sorry that you are referred back to the forums for this. I am afraid that this is not a situation to where we can assist over the forums. Account-related issues past the above troubleshooting steps are as far as we can take because we cannot look into the account. If live support is not able to assist with this, I am afraid that it cannot be changed. 

As this issue must be handled over live support, bumping the thread will not get this resolved. At this time the information has been provided and we will be locking this thread now.
