When you have made a purchase, you expect the product to be available for you.
First I want to make sure that the payment isn't stuck for you. This is something that you can check yourself in the Order History of your account. You can find your Order History via this link:
https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index
Some purchases can take up to 36 hours to be fully processed.
If that time has already passed and you see no strangess in the Order History, then please get in touch with our support team to have this looked into.
