While I understand how frustrating it can be to repeatedly enter your login details, I suppose it does keep your memory sharp! 😉

But in all seriousness, this problem is being discussed in the thread titled 'EA app for PC & Mac Fails to Remember "Keep me signed in" Option,' where you'll find a workaround in the first post that might permanently resolve the issue.
