Re: Slow Download Speeds on EA app

I have this problem too and it is ridiculous. Jedi Survivor has to go through the entire game files which is ~170GB and then downloads the update and then runs through the entirety of the files all over again.

I don't understand how a 500MB update takes 4 hours to complete? EA needs to get it together, I knew it was a mistake to buy the game directly on their app. Origin was trash and so is this.

@slayeroffaith I couldn't agree more. It's very frustrating. A lot of EA games are really great but the way they're delivered online is nearly always very poor in my opinion. I don't know why they can't improve on it after all this time or maybe they're not as interested in the problem as they should be. 😞
