Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

Same problem yesterday BF3 was removed from the EA app.

also i bought the game through xbox and its still in my library there but i cant play it through the xbox app

Had the same problem. If you have the e-mail for the code you can just redeem the game again, if you dont then i dont know. 🙂

EA so far sucks when it comes to customer support...

I lost bf4 (+ all DLC), mass effect legendary edition, Need for Speed (+ DLC), PGA Tour, Jedi survivor & fallen order. All removed for an "unlisted reason" & all were bought through steam. Tried reinstalling & clearing the cache. No luck

To EA,

I tried to log into my madden 22 account today through EA launcher and had a notification stating I had multiple games that I purchased removed!

Need my games back!!!

Damn, today you removed 23 games from my account! That's a new record, you're getting quite good at this error, But do I need to remind you that taking away games I've paid for, for no reason is basically stealing?  I'm fed up of having to reset my account every other day, but I am not going to let you take me games away!

It is stealing.  In my case the entire folder and its contents were "deleted"  That is a federal crime in the united states and people have gone to jail for hacking peoples computers and doing malicious things.
