When are they going to address this issue? The customer support are useless, I have like 3 or 4 tickets already and none were able to help or have any idea and blames Steam when it is happening for users who bought the games directly from the EA App, Xbox, etc.
I have tried almost everything like reinstalling the EA App, recovering the app, logging in and out of the app, reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, etc. Nothing helps. The EA App says I don't own the game when I bought it from Steam.
Get used to not owning the games you've "purchased". It's the future of gaming. Fight for ownership and don't rent games from EA or Ubisoft...
hey ma, I really recommend going here and reporting them for this. I dont think its a bug as they make it possible for your games to be removed because they say thats fine when it isnt at all. We paid for our games and we should own what we paid for. I lost BF4 premium dawg. I put so many hours into that game and had waited a long time to get premium. Im so * peeved about this bs.
