Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

Hey, just another soul who lost their EA games that were purchased on steam. Also looks like some epic games stuff was removed as well (including star wars squadrons and all my sims 4 addons).

I know you're working on it, and it's not your individual fault, just staying tuned to see what's happening.

Joining in on the fun, I've lost tons of games for no apparent reasons.

How could this be so hard? It's quite literally the EA apps only purpose. Did no one on the team check whether or not games purchased outside of the EA app or via subscription were accessible by users?

Im having problems with all my sims packs ive bought from steam. I logged into my account this morning and i got a notification "this content has been removed for an unlisted reason". 

ive went onto sims 4 this morning and all my dlc has been removed from my library for an unlisted reason  worth hundreds of pounds and i dont know what to do

All my Sims 4 stuff from steam  is gone,  This wouldn't be a problem probably if we just needed steam to play and not the EA app.

opend my game this morning to the notification that the free adventure bundle (jungle adventure, luxury party, fashions street kit) removed from my library. tried clearing my ea app cache and repearing the game itself, which didn't do anything. now when i open my app i only get the notification that only luxury party has been removed? is there anything i can do?

HI, I have lost most of my DLC for the sims 4 aswell, please help us, this is so much money down the drain!

More and more people with the same issue, but the main thread on your twitter just sends us to EA help that says they disappeared for a valid reason, not explaining the reason what so ever. What can we do? The purchases in steam are still valid but no less than 14 DLCs are missing from my EA account.

I have the same issue. All SIMS 4 DLC has gone ☹️ Please come with solution.

this is exactly what's happening to me. This was free when you linked your account to Epic Games. now today I get a frustrating message saying these packs have been deleted I tried the same stuff as you. 

I got that too those are the ones I got for free from epic

I just got my packs back! Restart your EA app

I lost my 3 expansion pack 3 kits nearly because of this issue, not the ones that i bought with Steam, BUT EA!!! Is it fixed? Or did they just basically robbed us??
