Hi, I accidentally purchased the City Living expansion pack for The Sims 4.
When I try to request a refund through the official link, it says: “You have no games that qualify for a refund”, even though it hasn’t been 24 hours since the purchase.
In my account, it clearly shows that I purchased the expansion, and the money was taken from my bank account.
What should I do?
