Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

Any idea what caused these issues and when it'll be fixed?

Just reporting that it's happened to me also. The promotional sims 4 packs from Epic Games are now missing in both the EA app and Epic Games. They were there yesterday and I haven't removed anything or done anything in the epic games app.

I access the EA app predominately via an Xbox gamepass, for PC, subscription.

I have the EA app currently telling that the games, via this subscription, have been removed

But, as the image show, it attribute this to and "Epic" games subscription. Not sure what that refernce means.

All My Sims 4 DLCs I own on steam have been removed from the EA app and so has Dragon age 2 Ultimate Edition 

@BonezWBatzsame. i bought several DLCs for sims 4 on steam in 2021. today i logged in and all of them have been removed. why. just why. was trying clearing cache like 7-8 times and didn't work at all

All the DLC's from the Sims4 that I bought or installed with steam are currently removed for an unlisted reason from EA app, and I can't play without them. 

Update: all of my content has been returned but I will be double checking each game in case any data or DLCs are missing. I didn't do anything but waited. It seems EA is already beginning to fix the problem for some people but it seams progress is slow.

i've got the same problem. some or all of my steam purchased sims 4 packs were removed from my library..

yesterday I could still play without any difficulties

I have got Xbox gamepass ultimate and guess what ea says it has expired even before the expire date..... Fix this EA

My game packs of sim4 have been remove from my library so, when will you finish your fix. I bought many game packs, that means I lost a lot of my money. I hope you can fix it asap.

thanks for the update better then what they are posting up, its driving me nuts I can't play my game with all my DLS that I paid for.  Stuffing up my nighly routline lol

Is this issue causing other problems? A few hours ago, I was still playing Battlefield V with my Xbox Game Pass, but now EA Play is asking me for a subscription even though my Xbox Pass is still active. I can't play my Battlefield V now.

Well I also logged into my various game apps today  and was met by this message in the EA app. Most if not all the things missing are via other apps  I think, like most of the Sims 4 dlcs missing for me are  from buying them via the Epic Store, or via my Xbox Gamepass sub. Hope you guys can figure this out.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue. My two Sims 4 packs that I received for free through either the EA app or through the Epic Store are now marked as unowned. The packs are Luxury Party Stuff Pack and Fashion Street Kit
What happens when the bug occurs? Those two packs are marked as unowned in my main menu pack view. I can also buy them again through the EA app. And since I do own them, I used them in my saves, and now I cannot play with those saves anymore, since I'm missing required packs. It says I need to restart my game to see if I have uninstalled content for those two packs, but I tried and it did nothing.
What do you expect to see? That those two packs aren't marked as unowned and wouldn't be able to be bought again. I also expected I could just play my savefiles.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Could this also be why it's telling me my game pass sub has ended and won't let me play?
