Remove dragon age veil guard from my library

This game was so bad plus I can't even play it cuz it crashes every 5 minutes. I'm on an Xbox series X, It shouldn't be crashing. How to remove it off my EA play account? It's also not even in my library it's like offering me to spend $6.99 a month in order to play it, and I can't remove it off my personal library lol
