Was going to purchase some packs that are on sale til the end of the day today, went to check out, and they are regular prices? Then contacted them, at 2:52 pm PST (my time), the case states it was created today at 10:52pm? I would like the packs that are still on sale until the end of the day today please.
Binky_C EA sales typically end at 10 am Pacific time. I didn't check this one, but it was probably no different.
As far as when the case was created, it sounds like the timestamp used GMT/UTC, which is standard.
Don't panic, there will surely be another sale soon.
The winter sale has been extended until Jan. 12 on the EA app.
The extension does not apply to Sims 4 titles.
