SIMS 4 CRASHING ON BRAN NEW COMPUTER
So i got a new desktop in January,
an Advanced Battlestations- ABS flavonious aqua gaming PC . Windows 11 - intel core 5 120 GeForce RTX 5060 - 32GB DDR4 - ITB M.2 NVMe.
Was working fine for a bit, and then suddenly my sims started crashing, has been crashing for months.. sometimes it lasts hours, some times 5 min, down to a min...
Ive updated my graphics driver's with Nvidia, ive done a complete reinstall of my operating system and whiped my computer clean and reinstalled the sims 2 times.. added my sim into the gallery and restarted completely on a new game.. Nothing is working.. and i have had mods in the past, but they have all been deleted and ive completely reset my computer 2 times now since having them.
Ive been using Gemini to try and help me, its had me do numerous of things... delete cashe files, changing refresh rates.. had me add some kind of C++ Reader on my computer and other settings in my computer that I cant recall exactly what I did... somtimes it gets my game working without freezing and crashing.. but eventuly it crashes again.. make a loud "eeerrrr" sound and goes black and resets my whole computer entirely somtimes...
Its a bran new computer, I cant return it either being its past 15 days 🙃 i'm at a loss of what to possibly do. Someone please help.😭😭😭
