I just rebought Sims Medieval from the EA site for Mac and it shows in my library under Unavailable Games, but doesn't give me a reason why. I've restarted the app, cleared the cache, and deleted and reinstalled the app, but still cant access the game I just bought. Under the game icon it says "Available on Windows" but I bought a Mac version so I'm confused as to why I can't play it.
