This card can't be used for transaction....

Hi, i'm from kazahstan i can't make a transaction.... My linked card is Kaspi Gold, and i verifed and confirmed it for purshasing, but in game of BF2042 i can't buy a battlefield coins, via paypal my linked card are shows but it says that "This card can't be used for transaction" WTF? Before i purshased with this bank card, and now i can't purshase it.... I contacted to my bank provider, and they says we will look at bla,bla,i now they are useless... But in my card app online purshase are ONLINE
