How to set up mulitple PCs without Ban?

I'm a youth worker in charge of gaming. I tried setting up accounts for the 4 PCs we have, as we are buying FC26. Each on their own seperate email. all 4 got banned a day after creating the accounts, im guessing cause they thought we were bots or something because of how close togthether i made them.

when i appealed it they said "After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures" despite me explaining we're setting up a youth centre's gaming space. help!! my boss will be mad if he's just bought 4 copies of FC we cant even use. i dont know what im gonna do, any advice appriciated. 

How can I make the accounts again? or speak to a human as the support site is useless and just gives me the same questions over and over.
