Throttle download speeds in app like how Origin offers it

Would be nice to be able to limit how fast a download goes. I want to be able to use the internet while I'm downloading a game and not having 100% of my internet be dedicated to the download of the game. Origin let me limit the download speeds and it would be a nice feature for the EA Desktop software to have as well.
