I can't download any games in EA app

hi everyone,

I wanted to download the sims 4 on EA app, but it says 'Not currently playable'. 'Unavailable'.'this item can't be purchased or played a this time'. I have no idea what to do, I tried closing the app and reopen it, or log out my account and sign in again, but nothing has changed.
