Throttling internet speeds?
Does EA throttle your internet speeds i pay for 1200 mbps and its showing im getting 100 mbps that is absolutely ridiculous. This is why i use steam, but i cant play it through steam with console pla...

A 1200 Mbps connection translates to around 150 MB/s, so reaching 113 MB/s is actually quite good and not far off the maximum potential speed.
There are several reasons why you might not be seeing the full 150 MB/s in the EA app, such as:
- Network overhead: Some bandwidth is always used for background processes and managing the connection itself.
- Local network factors: Things like Wi-Fi signal strength, network congestion, or even running other devices can slightly lower your download speed.
- Storage performance: If your drive can't write fast enough (especially older HDDs), it can bottleneck downloads.
Overall, 113 MB/s is a strong result and well within the range you'd expect from a 1200 Mbps connection!
