Or, and seriously please hear me out here, EA commits to fixing their shoddy anti-piracy code.
None of my other games have this problem, only EA. The problem is not with Google Stadia, and NVidia GeForce Now, and Amazon Luna, and Microsoft. They are literally the top software makers in the world, and non-EA games run on their platforms without problems.
If EA is removed from the picture, cloud gaming is fine. The single common factor in this problem is EA's half-baked, incorrect, incomprehensible and frankly hostile anti-piracy code. That is where the problem lay. Not with the combined cloud gaming platforms of Google, NVidia, Amazon and Microsoft.
Finally I'll direct you to Ken Moss, EA's CTO. In https://www.ea.com/news/cloud-gaming-trial, he writes:

These positions - the assertion that 1) EA is focused on enabling cloud gaming, and 2) the fact that users can only play the games they own on cloud services a few times a day - are incompatible. Instead of doing the right thing for customers, users are being told that they can't play the games that they bought, and to go away. They will, and they will continue to resent and revile you for taking their money and failing to fulfill your part of the deal.
